Privacy Policy
Last updated 24 July 2026
Your privacy is central to PlusOne. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the control you have. In short: we collect the minimum needed to run the service, we never sell your data, and your bookings and spend are private to you.
01What we collect
Account: your mobile number (used for passwordless sign-in) and any display name you choose.
Bookings: the companions, services, dates, locations, and amounts of bookings you make.
Notifications: the email address, WhatsApp number, or Telegram handle you add, and your channel preferences.
Technical: basic device and usage information needed for security and to keep the service working.
02How we use it
To verify your number, show you relevant companions, process bookings and payments, and send the notifications you opt into.
To keep the marketplace safe — detecting fraud, abuse, and terms violations.
03What stays private to you
Your booking history and the total you have spent — overall and with any individual companion — are visible only to you. A companion can see that you booked them, but your spend figure is never shown publicly.
We do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone.
04Who we share with
Payment partner: to process your payments securely. We never store full card details ourselves.
Notification providers: only the contact details for the channels you enable, and only to deliver messages you asked for.
Legal: where required by law or to protect the safety of our members.
05Cookies
We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and the site secure. We ask before setting any non-essential cookies and default to the most privacy-preserving option.
06Your rights
You can access, correct, export, or delete your data, and withdraw notification consent at any time from your account settings or by contacting us.
We retain data only as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations, then delete it.
