Terms of Service

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account, browse profiles, or make a booking. We verify your identity through a one-time code sent to your mobile number.

You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping access to your phone number secure.

PlusOne is a marketplace for social companionship: paying for a person's time and company at a shared activity. Companions are independent providers, not employees or agents of PlusOne.

PlusOne is strictly not a platform for sexual services, escorting of a sexual nature, or any illegal activity. Payments are for time and companionship only. Any solicitation of illegal services is prohibited and will result in removal.

All prices are shown and charged in US dollars. When you request a booking you agree to the listed price for the selected service and duration.

Payment is processed by our third-party payment partner. Funds are typically held until your meetup takes place, at which point they are released to the companion, less our service fee.

You may cancel a request before it is confirmed at no charge. Cancellation of a confirmed booking is subject to the cancellation window shown at checkout.

Treat companions and other members with respect. Harassment, threats, discrimination, or attempts to move payment off-platform are grounds for immediate removal.

Meet in public places, follow local laws, and use good judgment. You participate in activities at your own risk.

Reviews must reflect a genuine experience. We may remove content that is false, abusive, or violates privacy.

You retain rights to content you submit but grant PlusOne a licence to display it on the platform.

PlusOne provides the marketplace but does not control the conduct of members or companions and is not liable for interactions between them, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the fees you paid to PlusOne in the three months before the claim.

We may update these terms; material changes will be notified in-app. Continued use means you accept the updated terms.

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or remove accounts that breach these terms.
